Looking for a dedicated spot to hone your craft on the Central Coast? Our Wednesday Open Studio sessions in Killarney Vale are designed for independent ceramicists, hobbyists, and makers who just want to get their hands dirty without the structure of a formal class.

Whether you're looking to spend a couple of hours on the wheel or want to settle in for a full day of hand-building, the studio is yours to enjoy.

The Details:

• When: Every Wednesday. Choose between a 2-Hour Morning Session, a 2-Hour Afternoon Session, or grab an All-Day Pass to really find your flow.
• Experience Level: Independent Makers. This is an untutored, self-guided environment. There is no formal instruction, so you will need to be confident in your own practice - from wedging and throwing to safely cleaning down your wheel and station. (If you are brand new to clay, we’d love to get you started in one of our guided beginner workshops with Ali first!)
• Equipment: Full use of our pottery wheels, spacious hand-building tables, and communal studio facilities.
• Materials: You are welcome to purchase clay, tools, and underglazes directly from the studio upon arrival. If you prefer to bring your own clay, just check in with us so we can verify the firing temperature.
• Firing Services: Studio firing services will be available from June 2026.
• Storage & Clean Up: To keep the space beautiful and ready for the next class, we ask that you leave your station spotless. While casual drop-ins will need to take all wet work, tools, and personal materials home at the end of the session, we know transporting wet clay can be tricky! If you plan on becoming a regular, you can rent your own dedicated shelf space for a small monthly fee to safely store your works-in-progress.
